As we expand our user base and digital presence, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our paid media efforts, scale user acquisition, and optimize performance across multiple channels.

 Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels.
This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creative coordination, and strategic understanding of the business KPIs that drive user acquisition in fintech and gold trading markets.

 

 Key Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and manage daily performance campaigns across platforms such as Yektanet, Tapsell, Google Ads, and other ad networks
Ensure campaigns meet core KPIs including CTR, CVR, CAC and ROAS
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and ROI
Design and execute micro-campaigns and A/B tests to test content, audiences, and messaging
Coordinate between creative/design teams and external agencies to deliver timely ad materials and content assets
Work closely with the Growth, Product, and Data teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing and business goals
Support partnership and co-marketing projects to expand acquisition channels
Collaborate with financial and investment influencers to run performance-oriented influencer campaigns
Build relationships with key media partners and advertising networks to negotiate placements and optimize performance
Monitor influencer performance metrics and report on campaign impact
Prepare periodic reports of channels performance
Maintain accurate documentation and campaign logs in spreadsheets and dashboards (Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools)
Track and analyze KPI-level performance aligned with overall business objectives
Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving ROAS across channels
Compare media performance and suggest strategic budget reallocations
Stay up to date on industry trends, ad platforms, and fintech marketing benchmarks
Manage and optimize app install campaigns with accurate tracking and CPI efficiency
 

Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital media buying
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, funnels, and attribution models
Build and maintain performance reports using GA4 and Looker Studio
Proficiency in Google Ads, Yektanet, Tapsell, and similar platforms
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
Experience working with influencers and financial content creators
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation discipline
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Familiarity with fintech, investment, or e-commerce industries is a strong plus
Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
