About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team at WallGold.
In this role, you’ll lead design projects for consumer-facing products and internal tools, turning complex requirements into intuitive experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence, user-centric decisions, and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation to launch, focusing on customer needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research studies and analyze data to gain insights into user behavior and needs.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to facilitate the design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and deliver high-quality designs.
• Continuously improve user experience through feedback, observation, and iteration in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Requirements

• Expertise in Figma and designing within design systems.
• Proven experience leading design initiatives and managing a team of designers.
• Extensive experience in designing complex enterprise panels.
• Component-first mindset and familiarity with creating and utilizing design systems.
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Clarity, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
