Our Operations team handles the backbone of Wallgold’s ecosystem — including gold trading, treasury operations, settlement, and B2B processes. We are now looking for a Product Manager (Operations) to lead the development and optimization of our internal tools, workflows, and platforms that power this core infrastructure.

 
Role Overview
As a Product Manager – Operations (B2B), you will be responsible for building and optimizing products and systems that streamline Wallgold’s operational processes — from gold purchase and sale flows to treasury, inventory, and partner integrations.
You’ll work closely with the Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure scalability, automation, and efficiency across all gold-related transactions.

 
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the Operations product roadmap, aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Translate complex B2B operational needs (treasury, trading, settlement, custody) into clear product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate closely with engineering to design and deliver scalable and secure systems for internal and partner use.
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and error reduction.
Design and optimize back-office platforms, dashboards, and control systems to manage gold inventory, trades, and settlements.
Work with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure all operational products meet regulatory and audit requirements.
Partner with internal stakeholders (Operations, Treasury, and B2B clients) to understand pain points and prioritize solutions.
Define, track, and report KPIs related to operational performance, accuracy, and product adoption.
Lead testing and validation of new systems before launch to ensure reliability and process integrity.
Stay up to date with industry standards in fintech, digital assets, and B2B transaction systems to drive innovation.
 
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3–6 years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech, trading platforms, or operational products.
Strong understanding of B2B financial workflows, settlements, or treasury operations.
Experience working with internal tooling, process automation, and back-office systems.
Excellent skills in creating product requirements, workflows, and functional documentation.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics and reporting tools.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated fintech environment.
Fluency in English; familiarity with financial or trading terminology is a strong plus.
