Overview:

We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our Operations Infrastructure team — the group behind the internal tools and systems that power our warehouses and fulfillment operations.
You’ll be the bridge between Operations and Product, helping design, improve, and implement processes and data structures for tools like picking & packing systems and inventory management.
You’ll map workflows, identify improvements, translate operational needs into product requirements, and ensure successful rollout across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and redesign warehouse and inventory processes.
• Translate ops workflows into product/data models in Figma.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering on internal tool development.
• Support rollout, adoption, and optimization of new operational systems.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in process design or operations excellence.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience using Figma.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Nice to Have: Experience in e-commerce or logistics, and familiarity with agile workflows.
