• Take ownership of shaping, executing, and evolving the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through leading cross-functional projects.
• Design, lead, and measure the impact of high-level initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Planning & Designing internal events and holding it.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to completion.
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills to craft compelling narratives for a variety of audiences and channels.
• Deep expertise in digital communication, social media platforms, and recruitment marketing trends.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and drive decision-making across all levels of the organization.
