We are looking for a creative, skilled, and passionate Motion Designer to join the Public Relations and Advertising team at Behpardakht Mellat. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce professional 2D/3D motion graphics for marketing campaigns, corporate products, and organizational events
- Edit and assemble visual and audio elements including voiceovers, typography, music, sound design, and transitions
- Collaborate closely with PR and digital marketing teams to deliver engaging content across digital platforms and social media
- Propose and execute creative ideas and visual concepts for campaigns and internal events
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all video materials
- Provide post-production support and incorporate feedback for content optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in motion design and video editing
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of motion graphics and edited video projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Familiarity with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender (a plus)
- Strong knowledge of visual composition, timing, lighting, and color grading principles
- Ability to produce short-form promotional videos and branded digital content
- Understanding of video specifications and best practices for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, Stories, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work within brand guidelines
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
