We’re looking for a Product Team Lead to join one of Saman Electronic Payment (SEP) new subsidiaries— a growing ecosystem at the intersection of technology, commerce, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate strategy into a clear product vision and outcome-based roadmap with measurable success metrics.
- Discover and validate user and stakeholder requirements and pain points.
- Define scope via PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability to roadmap outcomes.
- Prioritize and plan product development aligned with roadmap and stakeholder needs.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery and launch in collaboration with tech, marketing, and customer care teams.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Strong track record of launching and scaling digital payment products (e-commerce, BNPL, etc.)
- Experience with merchant and partner integration.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven leadership in managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to social commerce, social channels, or social tools is a plus.
