Head of Venture Studio

Position Summary

Caspian International Holding is recruiting a hands‑on, KPI‑driven leader to head its Venture Studio, focused on internal startup creation, MVP development, and innovation scaling.

The selected candidate will drive ideation, venture building, team formation, coordination with the investment arm, and grant management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead venture‑building cycles from idea validation to product‑market fit
Design innovation systems and MVP development pipelines
Assemble multidisciplinary teams and engage with investors and board members
Manage grant acquisition, allocation, and performance tracking
Monitor KPIs and venture progress using Power BI, Excel, and AI‑based dashboards
Collaborate with the Investment Arm across three portfolios:Innovation, Traditional Business, and Financial Instruments
Develop growth strategies, business models, and investor pitch decks

Candidate Profile

5–10 years in startup or innovation environments
Proven background in launching startups or MVPs
Strong command of team and project management (Agile / Scrum)
Familiar with automation, no‑code, and AI tools (Zapier, Bubble, Webflow, etc.)
Advanced skills in Power BI / Excel for analytical reporting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and remote‑team leadership
Fluent English (80 %+), French is an asset
Ownership mindset, data‑driven, outcome‑oriented

Compensation Model

Base salary + KPI‑based performance bonuses
Profit/revenue participation on successful ventures and grants

Collaboration Type: Fully Remote – cross‑timezone collaboration with Canada & Europe
