Job Description

A reputable company active in the field of general commercial services, with a focus on exporting petrochemical, chemical, and construction materials—located in a safe and professional work environment in West Tehran (Punak)—is seeking to hire:

 Job Title: Senior International Business Manager

Our goal is to attract a result-oriented International Business Manager with the ability to lead multiple departments. A strategic leader who can take charge of guiding and developing all export and international sales processes of the company, and ensure sustainable profitability in international markets.
In this position, you will play a key leadership role and will be responsible for directing and supervising the following departments:

  • International Marketing
  • International Sales (B2B/B2C)
  • International Procurement & Sourcing
  • Logistics & Customs Affairs

You are expected to have full command over end-to-end export processes, platforms, laws, and procedures in order to guide, coordinate, and evaluate the related teams effectively.

Field of Study: Preference for Business Management

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing strategies for the development of international markets
  • Managing the export process from market research to final delivery of goods
  • Building and leading effective teams in Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Logistics
  • Negotiating, contracting, and developing cooperation with international customers, agents, and partners
  • Supervising customs affairs, international transportation, export documentation, and related platforms
  • Managing budgeting, pricing, profitability, and achievement of the company's international sales targets
  • Providing periodic and annual reports including sales, profitability, and market performance
  • Managing advertising campaigns and overseeing the effectiveness of actions taken by evaluating relevant KPIs

Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent in English (Native level)
  • Deep knowledge of export platforms, laws, regulations, and procedures
  • Proficient in Incoterms and logistics
  • Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics
