Your mission at Daal:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover needs and turn conflicts into shared decisions.
• Continuously monitor the current product and drive improvements, while owning new features end‑to‑end ,from the moment of ideation to full launch.
• Work with Metabase to extract and analyze data so product decisions are grounded in numbers and user behavior.
• Run Sprint and Retro sessions to keep the rhythm of the team alive.
• Manage the product backlog and task timelines together with the team.
• Stay connected with cross‑functional teams to keep product goals and everyone’s language aligned.

Skills and experience that shape your product journey:

• Hands‑on experience managing a full product lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze data and work practically with Metabase or similar tools.
• Technical literacy , enough to understand developer language and be familiar with at least one programming language.
• knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
• Basic familiarity with design tools such as Figma is a plus.
