We’re looking for a "Data Analyst" with a sharp analytical mind and attention to detail to help us make data-driven decisions, build insightful dashboards, and maintain data quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze operational, product, financial, and marketing data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Monitor data quality, detect inconsistencies or anomalies, and work with technical teams to resolve data issues
• Prepare periodic analytical reports and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders in non-technical terms
• Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and standardize reporting frameworks across the organization
• Work closely with engineers to improve data pipelines, data structures, and overall data reliability
• Document analysis processes, metrics, and changes to maintain transparency and traceability

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries
• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, normalization, and database structures
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
• Ability to translate analytical results into simple, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel for quick analyses and lightweight reporting
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
• Understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing is a strong advantage
