
We’re seeking ambitious, network-savvy Business Development Managers to drive our international growth efforts. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role ideal for professionals who thrive in strategic partnerships, influencer engagement, and community activation across finance, tech, and digital innovation sectors.
Your mission: identify, connect, and onboard key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and niche communities to amplify brand visibility, user acquisition, and platform engagement in your region.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — including marketing, product, and business intelligence — to ensure every partnership delivers measurable results.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and onboard influencers and affiliates, internationally (finance, trading, investment, and digital innovation verticals).
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners and community leaders.
• Negotiate custom partnership models — including performance-based commissions, ambassador programs, and revenue-sharing agreements.
• Guide KOLs on campaign strategy, messaging, and product positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor campaign performance (signups, engagement, ROI).
• Research and segment influencers by audience quality and performance tiers (A/B/C).
• Organize activations such as AMAs, giveaways, and community events to boost brand awareness.
• Share market feedback and user insights with product and strategy teams.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–4 years of experience in fintech, affiliate marketing, influencer management, or digital partnerships.
• Proven success in recruiting and managing influencer or affiliate relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills — you know how to close deals that drive ROI.
• Data-driven mindset with understanding of CAC, CPA, conversion rates, and campaign metrics.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ influencer relationships across various stages.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Discord).
• Fluency in English.
• Passion for financial innovation, digital ecosystems, and emerging technologies.

• Experience at a fintech platform, affiliate agency, or digital product company.
• Existing network of influencers or content creators in your market.
• Understanding of regional compliance and marketing regulations.
• Hands-on experience managing expantion campaigns and tracking performance.
