Job Description:
- As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Attend client meetings to identify business and technical requirements.
- Analyze clients’ business processes and extract detailed technical and functional needs.
- Document and report customer requirements to relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations to introduce products and services.
- Review international standards for documentation and ensure compliance.
- Structure and maintain organized documentation and technical content.
- Develop technical catalogs and product documentation.
- Prepare website content related to product descriptions and technical details.
- Create engaging visual presentations using suitable tools for data visualization.
- Conduct product introduction sessions, demos, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
- Provide regular progress and performance reports to management.
- Offer technical consulting to clients on IT and BSS systems.
- Collaborate with the technical team in preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities within the industrial and energy automation sectors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or engineering sales, preferably in industrial automation or IT&BSS
- Familiarity with BSS System
- Basic understanding of electronics, industrial hardware, and monitoring software.
- Strong negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of B2B/B2G and project-based sales techniques.
- Ability to provide technical consulting and manage the full sales process—from negotiation to contract execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional attitude in meetings and client interactions.
- Proficiency in English (for reading technical documents and communication with international suppliers).
