Senior Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Growth team and drive high-impact initiatives through data. You’ll work at the intersection of product, operations, marketing, and business, owning models and insights that directly influence user acquisition, activation, retention, pricing strategy, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, courier, and vendor behavior to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth.
• Build and refine pricing models, including price elasticity and dynamic pricing systems, to balance demand, supply, and profitability.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, geo-based tests) to evaluate the impact of campaigns, product changes, and incentives.
• Develop conversion rate (CR) and funnel analysis frameworks across user journeys.
• Build predictive models for churn, LTV, reactivation, and user segmentation.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize user flows using data insights.
• Monitor, visualize, and communicate KPIs through dashboards and deep-dive analyses.
• Help shape data-informed strategies for user retention, activation, and monetization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong grasp of statistics, experimentation, and causal inference techniques
• Experience with conversion funnels, user behavior analytics, and cohort tracking
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, uplift modeling, and campaign measurement
• Experience with pricing, incentives, or growth experiments in a product-led environment
• Strong communication skills with ability to turn data into clear business insights
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
