Job Description:

As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• ISMS Compliance: Design and implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes; update access management procedures based on organizational changes.
• Risk Analysis: Periodic review of user access; identify excessive or unauthorized access.
• Security Process Monitoring: Use UEBA and behavioral logs to detect suspicious activity; collaborate with incident response teams.
• Cross-Unit Collaboration & Awareness Training: Conduct initial analysis of logs and evidence; participate in root cause investigations and technical reporting.
• Documentation, Reporting & Internal Audits: Support internal and external audits; ensure access compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other standards.
• Security Incident Management: Analyze incidents thoroughly; prepare root cause reports and coordinate incident response.
• Security Controls Development: Design preventive and detective controls (e.g., MFA, IP restrictions); collaborate with development teams on secure configurations; periodically review control effectiveness.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in information security, risk analysis, incident monitoring, or ISMS implementation.
• Strong grasp of information security principles

• Familiarity with security frameworks
• Proficiency in risk analysis
• Experience with SIEM event monitoring
• Understanding of JML and IAM concepts
