We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Strategic Planner to join our strategy & planning team and play a key role in shaping the company’s future direction.

You will partner closely with executive leadership and department heads to translate strategic priorities into measurable plans, track corporate performance, and deliver insights that guide critical business and investment decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical rigor, strategic vision, and cross-functional influence.

 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate planning cycles (OKRs, quarterly forecasts).
• Conduct deep-dive performance analyses, variance reports, and scenario modeling.
• Design and monitor KPI frameworks across retail, operations, marketing, and finance.
• Develop business cases and financial models for new initiatives or ventures.
• Support executive decision-making with structured insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Data Science and BI teams to automate and enhance planning tools.
• Prepare strategic presentations and dashboards for C-levels review sessions.
• Drive process improvements in data collection, reporting cadence, and planning governance.

 
Qualifications

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, KPI frameworks, and business case analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and data interpretation; SQL or Python a strong plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management — able to translate data into strategic insights.
• Understanding of OKR systems, budgeting processes, and scenario planning.
• Fluent in Persian with professional English proficiency (reading & reporting).
