Job Description

We are looking to hire a dynamic and skilled Account Manager. We invite creative and capable experts to join our active and vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Account Management:

  • Identifying and engaging with potential customers and managing a pipeline of leads.
  • Following up on leads via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
  • Using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) effectively.

2. Content Creation & Design:


  • Creating engaging visual content including videos, images, and short-form clips.
  • Confidently using design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Writing clear, compelling copy adapted to different brand tones of voice and platforms.

3. Social Media & Community Management:

  • Developing and publishing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Creating, managing, and optimizing content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
  • Monitoring social channels in real-time to identify trends and opportunities for brand visibility.
  • Engaging directly with online communities, responding to comments and messages to build positive relationships.

4. Performance Analysis:

  • Monitoring and reporting on key social media performance metrics, audience sentiment, and engagement trends.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness and community growth.



Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, social media, communications, and content creation.
  • Skilled writer with strong attention to detail and adaptability across different tones of voice.
  • Confident using social platforms, WordPress, Canva, CapCut, InShot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative, organized, and reliable, with the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of online trends, digital storytelling, and community management.
