Job Description:
As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Analyze and optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical challenges.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve development practices.
Ensure the quality of deliverables through automated testing and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Java development.
Skills: Strong understanding of Java SE/EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot), Hibernate, and related technologies.
Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
