We’re looking for a Publisher Team Lead to help us grow and strengthen our network of publishers and content creators across platforms like Instagram, websites, and beyond. You’ll play a key role in expanding partnerships, shaping performance-driven and engaging content, and working closely with our Marketing and Campaign teams to drive smart, sustainable, data-powered growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the network of social publishers across key social media platforms
- Design and execute collaborative campaigns with publishers — from ideation to performance analysis
- Build and maintain professional and human relationships with publishers, content creators, and social media influencers
- Work closely with Marketing, Campaign, and Product teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Analyze publisher data and performance to provide actionable feedback and drive continuous growth
- Lead the publisher team and provide mentorship to enhance communication, execution, and creativity
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content creators, and user behavior
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset combined with creative marketing insight and campaign ideation skills
- Proven experience in managing social campaigns or working with influencers
- Proficiency in analytical tools, Excel / Google Sheets, and performance dashboards
