The Junior Planning Specialist in the Operations Department at Snapp!Shop plays a key role in supporting the daily operational planning across all units — including the Fulfillment Center (FC), Logistics, Call Center, and After-Sales.
This role focuses on short-term planning, demand forecasting, and headcount allocation to ensure each operational function runs efficiently and remains aligned with daily business targets.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving operational processes through analytical insights and structured planning.
Duties:
- Prepare and update daily operational plans based on demand forecasts and available capacity across all operational units (FC, Logistics, Call Center, After-Sales).
- Monitor order inflow, call volume, and service requests to anticipate daily workload and allocate workforce accordingly.
- Support headcount planning by analyzing attendance, shift coverage, and productivity indicators.
- Develop dashboards and daily reports summarizing performance versus plan for each operational area.
- Identify capacity or staffing gaps in real-time and escalate to senior planners for quick resolution.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Fulfillment, Logistics, and After-Sales teams to align manpower and operational plans.
- Contribute to improving short-term planning accuracy through data analysis and feedback from operations.
- Participate in special projects such as campaign-day planning and capacity stress tests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize operational data.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables, formulas, and dashboards).
- Basic understanding of SQL or BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI) is a plus.
- High attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple operational inputs simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments.
