We’re a dynamic and skilled team building a modern online real estate platform (similar to kilid.com). We’re looking for a motivated Frontend Developer who is technically strong, passionate about problem-solving, and eager to contribute effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Develop high-quality user interfaces using React.js and Next.js 15 (App Router)
Implement fast, optimized, and SEO-friendly pages
Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver precise UI/UX implementations
Build clean and reusable components using Tailwind CSS
Analyze and resolve complex issues related to UI and user experience
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in React.js and hands-on experience with Next.js (especially App Router)
Excellent understanding of Tailwind CSS and component-based architecture
Solid experience with TanStack Query and hydration concepts
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Familiar with SSR, SEO, and website performance optimization
Understanding of server and client components
Experience working with REST APIs and handling data in frontend applications
Familiar with Git and collaborative workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
Minimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience
Nice to Have
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with MobX for state management
Experience working with maps (Google Maps / Mapbox)
Writing tests using Jest, RTL, or Cypress
Knowledge of Lighthouse and performance optimization tools
