Job Description:
As a Knowledge Management Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and supervise the Knowledge Management team and unit knowledge leaders
• Develop and execute knowledge management strategies
• Promote a knowledge-sharing culture and enable organizational learning
• Oversee knowledge systems, platforms, and process maturity
• Collaborate with universities, research centers, and R&D institutions

 
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in knowledge management and team leadership
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Ability to align knowledge initiatives with organizational strategy
