The Senior Process Excellence Specialist plays a key role in improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness through process analysis, redesign, and automation. Using Jira and other Atlassian tools as a Business Process Management System (BPMS), this role creates data-driven, standardized, and intelligent workflows. The specialist leverages data analysis to identify performance gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and sustainable operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and redesign business processes using BPMN to enhance efficiency and alignment.
  
  

• Design and implement workflows, automations, and dashboards in Jira (and other BPMS tools) and integrate them with related systems.
  
  

• Collect, clean, and analyze process data to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into optimized processes.
  
  

• Define, track, and report on process performance metrics through dashboards (Power BI or similar).
  
  

• Develop and maintain clear, accessible documentation for users, administrators, and process owners.
  
  

• Deliver training sessions and coaching on process management best practices and tools.
  
  

Job Requirements

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of process mapping and redesign methodologies (BPMN).
  
  

• Hands-on experience with BPMS platforms such as Jira (workflow design, automation, dashboarding, and system integration).
  
  

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  
  

• Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and process performance indicators.
  
  

• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
