

The Business Developer – Expansion manager is responsible for the implementation of the expansion in new, emerging, and mature Cities and identification of new market opportunities in order to achieve the MAFPARS Retail growth targets. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring all assigned projects are completed on time and in line with overall plan and assist in identifying, classifying and selecting cities included in the expansion plan.
· Propose sites for the opening of new stores within the assigned zone expansion plan
· Negotiates the terms of lease agreements
· Guarantee proper Documentation for all lease agreements
· Evaluate the catchment’s area potential and confirm it with the analysis of the consultant’s survey
· Stay informed about competition activities and actions and identifies new opportunities and measures
· Develop multi department relationship for effective team works that brings a potential project to actual store
· Communicates clear, leads the way, thinks group, bring innovation and thinking out of the box, self-management, time management
· Perform competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities
Project Management
· provide regular reports to the BD senior manager / GM BD
· Provide support to the teams for the evaluation and execution of the projects
Policy and Procedure
· Evaluate and propose action plans to increase profitability and productivity
Reporting
· Prepare periodical business reports to inform management about the current status of planned or actual projects
