

We are looking for a proactive CRM Manager to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth patient management, effective communication, and accurate data handling.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Data Management
Enter, update, and maintain patient records in the CRM system
Ensure all patient data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Track patient interactions, history, and follow-ups
Patient Communication & Support
Send emails, notifications, and reminders to patients
Respond to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally
Handle patient queries and resolve issues efficiently
Scheduling & Coordination
Check and manage clinic schedules and appointments
Coordinate between doctors, staff, and patients
Track appointment attendance and follow-up requirements
Reporting & Analysis
Assist in generating reports on patient flow and CRM performance
Identify trends, issues, or opportunities to improve patient experience
Support management in decision-making based on CRM data
Process Improvement
Suggest and implement improvements for CRM workflows
Ensure smooth communication between clinic staff and patients
Maintain high level of organization and efficiency
Working Hours:
Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Friday: Off
Requirements:
Fast learner with the ability to work independently
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Bonus:
Previous experience in healthcare or clinic management
Familiarity with CRM systems
