Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute quantitative research projects in house (brand health tracking, Trade Audits, Usage & Attitude (U&A), concept and pack testing, advertising evaluation, pricing/elasticity studies).
• Build survey instruments, sampling plans, and analysis frameworks; manage fieldwork in partnership with the MCI Manager and Field & Operations Manager.
• Translate quantitative findings into clear business implications for Category and Brand teams.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (retail audits, consumer panels, digital analytics) to create holistic views of performance.
• Support capability building across the team on quantitative tools, analysis, and storytelling.

Profile / Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in market research, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or agency with a focus on quantitative study design and analysis.
• Strong command of statistics, sampling, and data interpretation; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), and Microsoft Power BI; working knowledge of R or Python preferred.
• Experience with segmentation and conjoint/choice models and hands on pricing/elasticity (or managed via agency).
• Experience with enterprise survey tools.
• Analytical, detail oriented, and able to convert numbers into actionable insights; strong communication in English and Farsi.
