

Job Purpose:
The Branding & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — ensuring that all marketing and branding activities are aligned with the company's vision, values, and market goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Understanding & Brand Strategy
• Conduct market research and analyze current trends, opportunities, and consumer behaviors.
• Study and evaluate competitors' strategies to identify differentiators and best practices.
• Develop brand positioning, association, and preference strategies tailored to business objectives.
• Define and implement a sustainable brand strategy aligned with company goals.
2. Strategic Planning & Campaign Management
• Design and implement marketing and advertising plans that strengthen brand identity.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital and non-digital).
• Oversee the success and effectiveness of advertising initiatives through performance analysis.
• Train and mentor marketing and branding staff to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Manage and update brand identity elements based on market conditions and audience insights.
• Identify and track key marketing and advertising trends in the market.
3. Branding & Brand Health Management
• Plan and conduct brand health research (including metrics such as brand awareness, loyalty, and association).
• Oversee all visual and communication aspects of branding — including logo, tone, and creative consistency.
• Ensure brand identity and customer experience remain consistent across all channels.
• Evaluate brand performance using key brand health indicators and propose improvements.
4. Budgeting & Financial Oversight
• Develop, allocate, and manage the budget for branding and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor financial performance of branding initiatives and optimize spending accordingly.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary marketing and branding team, including graphic designers, social media specialists, and customer relations staff.
• Foster collaboration across departments such as product, sales, and communications.
• Set clear objectives and performance metrics for team members and ensure accountability.
• Promote a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented team culture.
