Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and client status.
• Respond to client inquiries accurately, promptly, and with a supportive attitude.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure milestones are met and required documents are collected.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records in tracking systems.
• Create and update internal documentation, FAQs, and templates to enhance client experience.
• Prepare and manage documents, lists, and relevant materials as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) – part of the interview will be conducted in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive communicator with a professional, friendly approach.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in account management, client relations, or other customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools.
