Job Description:

 As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our microservices-based architecture. Your role will involve implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.


Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using microservice architecture.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture and experience in implementing microservices.
Proficiency in Docker and containerization technologies.
Experience with NoSQL databases, including graph databases, document databases, etc.
Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills and Technologies (Willing to Learn):

Experience or interest in working with the FastAPI framework.
Familiarity with MongoDB and interest in learning its application.
Willingness to learn Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Interest in exploring Neo4j and its applications as a graph database.
Enthusiasm to adopt GitOps practices for continuous delivery.
