As we expand our reach, we're seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and fuel student growth.
Position Summary:
- Full-time, on-site role based in west of Tehran.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to attract and retain Konkoor aspirants.
- Collaborate with our content, sales, and product teams to create high-impact strategies that boost enrollment and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, Google Ads, SEO) tailored to our target audience of high school students and parents.
- Daily Monitoring and Analyzing marketing KPIs (Order, New user, CPO, CAC, etc)
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns based on marketing objectives (order growth, branding, lead generation, etc)
- Analyzing and optimizing Marketing campaigns from different aspects (CX, Cohort Analysis, Channel performance, etc)
- Developing appropriate communication strategies to support integrated campaign objectives and performance targets.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot to optimize ROI and adjust strategies in real-time.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that highlight our unique value in online prep.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners for co-branded promotions to expand our reach in the education sector.
- Track key metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), conversion rates, and engagement to report monthly insights to leadership.
- Stay ahead of trends in edtech marketing, experimenting with A/B testing and new platforms to innovate our approach.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to meet quarterly growth targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital campaign management, preferably in education or e-learning.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Persian communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
