Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft BI Stack, T-SQL, Power BI, and data warehousing, with additional bonus skills in Python and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and optimize ETL processes and data models using Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).

·        Create and manage complex SQL queries using T-SQL for data manipulation and reporting.

·        Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, leveraging DAX and Power Query.

·        Implement data warehouse solutions, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and efficiency.

·        Identify and resolve data-related issues, applying strong problem-solving skills.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
Proficiency in T-SQL for advanced queries and database development.
Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
Solid understanding of data warehouse architecture and implementation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Plus Skills (Preferred but not required):

Experience with Python for automation, scripting, and data analytics.
Knowledge of MongoDB for handling non-relational data structures.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics.
