

Are you passionate about optimizing business operations and driving performance analytics? SnappBox is seeking a Senior Operations Performance analyst to join the dynamic team. In this role, you ensure SLA compliance, cost efficiency, project management, and growth balance by transforming operational data into actionable insights and coordinating closely with live operations, product, tech, and data teams
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Monitoring & Improvement
Monitor and analyse daily and weekly KPIs and fleet utilisation to keep the SLA level across all cities.
Identify abnormal patterns (RCA) in delivery performance (e.g. high delay, low onboarding rate, idle fleet).
Evaluate the impact of operational changes (radius updates, incentives, guarantees, etc.).
Propose and execute corrective actions for cities below SLA threshold.
2. Data-Driven Improvement
Conduct root-cause analysis for delays, cancellations, high CPO trends and other abnormalities.
Support and propose automation and optimisation projects.
Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports.
3. Reporting & Communication
Prepare structured performance reviews and present findings to the managers.
Communicate operational risks and required actions to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customers, Product, Data, QC, etc) to optimize logistics processes and workflows
4. Strategic & Continuous Improvement
Plan and participate in projects (expansions, QC, fraud detection and etc) or features and analyse results.
Support the team in strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and KPI forecasting.
