
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial Director to lead our commercial operations, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for one of our business line.

What responsibilities does this role include?
Business Development: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, ERP providers, and key stakeholders in the SCF ecosystem to expand platform adoption.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to acquire and retain high-value clients (suppliers, buyers, and corporates), driving revenue growth and market share.
Market Expansion: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in local markets, tailoring commercial strategies to meet regional needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships through tailored SCF solutions.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture in a resource-constrained startup environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to align commercial goals with platform development and user experience.
If you have these qualities, you will enjoy success in this job:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, or sales, ideally in fintech, SCF, or B2B financial services.
Proven track record of building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain finance, B2B payments, or fintech ecosystems; familiarity with the Iranian market is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing enterprise-level clients and financial institutions.
Data-driven mindset with experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
