Export Specialist

Espandar Civil Industries Co. has an opening for an export expert.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the entire export process from order receipt to delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and customs forms.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and company policies.
- Monitor shipping schedules and coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve issues related to delays, documentation discrepancies, or customer complaints.
- Analyze international market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and prepare reports for management.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.
- Support negotiation of freight rates, contracts, and payment terms with logistics partners.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in the Russian language (Speaking and writing) is a mandatory requirement.; knowledge of English is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in export operations or international sales.
- Strong understanding of global trade processes, shipping, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS.
- Experience with export documentation and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for business trips locally and internationally as required.
