

Mission
· To provide guidance and instruction to a working group about maintenance or portfolio of projects.
· To negotiate and maintain roaming agreements with international partners, ensuring favorable terms for our company.
· To maintain the Roaming service by ensuring a high-quality Network experience for the end users
· To manage and optimize IREG processes, troubleshooting and resolving inter-operator roaming issues
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure that all technical requirements are met to introduce roaming with new roaming partners and interconnect stakeholders.
To ensure that roaming service is maintained with existing roaming partners by ensuring that change requests are implemented and sufficient capacity exists, etc.
To maintain and enforce SLA of quality with service providers to ensure the service is maintained as per contract details
To analyze and report for international signaling traffic analysis and planning based on actual network traffic and vendor’s signaling reports.
To specify, source, and deploy systems to support roaming VAS services as per the business requirement. This includes improvements and capacity planning for existing services e.g., SMS Welcome
To specify, source, and deploy Operations and Maintenance tools/systems to ensure optimal functioning of the international roaming & interconnection services.
To archive methodologies, plans, policies, and procedures for international roaming and international interconnection and share the best practices with the team
To maintain records of technical details on every roaming partner to ensure future explanation is present in case of any conflict
To act as a subject matter expert on International Roaming issues by studying global trends, networking with other professionals in this field, and providing documented recommendations to various Irancell departments.
Provide ad hoc solutions in cases of services facing issues to ensure QoS is maintained
To Participate in new product development activities for the introduction of new value-added services in the international roaming area providing technical insights
To maintain the roaming service by ensuring a high-quality network experience for the end users
To prepare accurate reports and a clear picture of the National roaming service for feeding financial interaction and management decision-making
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize roaming services and enhance customer experience.
To perform the technical activities required to introduce new roaming partners and to maintain service quality for existing roaming relationships;
· To specify, source, and deploy systems to support roaming events per the business requirement, including improvements and capacity planning for best services.
Job Requirements
Education
· BSc in Telecommunication, Electronics, computer science Engineering, or a related field
· Fluent in English
Experience
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in telecommunication environment roaming experienced
Experience working in a medium organization
Knowledge of network routing and switching protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
