Responsibilities : 

• Lead software engineers to produce high-quality solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Work closely with product management and key stakeholders to understand their requirements and refine the technical roadmap and strategy.

• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and identifying opportunities for

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a tech lead or engineering leadership role.Strong knowledge of C# and .NET.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Experience in optimizing performance, ensuring scalability, and improving the reliability of software systems.
• Experience in Windows application development is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
