Role Overview
We are seeking a Content Writer & Data Entry Specialist who can create high-quality written content while also managing accurate and structured data entry tasks across our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, organized, and comfortable handling both content production and administrative data operations.

Key Responsibilities
Content Writing

• Produce high-quality blog posts, landing page content, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
• Conduct topic research and fact-checking to ensure content accuracy and credibility.
• Create SEO-optimized content aligned with brand voice and keyword strategy.
• Coordinate with product and design teams for content updates on websites or platforms.
• Write scripts, captions, and short-form content for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Edit and proofread copy for clarity, grammar, and tone.
• Accurately input and maintain data in CMS, spreadsheets, dashboards, and product databases.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all records.
• Detect, correct, and report data errors or discrepancies.
• Cross-team Collaboration
• Work with marketing to prepare content calendars and support content distribution.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content writing or related roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with SEO principles, keyword optimization, and CMS tools (WordPress or similar).
• Fast and accurate typing skills; high attention to numerical and textual accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
