Job Description:
As a System Support Specialist (BOS), you will be responsible for:

• Analyze the requests of the employer.
• Create effective communications with the employer to analyze requests.
• Make the requests in the prescribed time.
• Analyze the configuration requests.
• Make requests and apply configurations to the system.
• Plan for periodical services.
• Prepare and update necessary documents to perform periodical services.
• Analyze the announced requests from the IPCC and the problems of the subscribers.

Qualifications:

• Good practice in SQL.
• Hands-on skills in ITIL.
• Hands-on skills in GSM.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Good performance management.
• Effective communication skills.
