Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 technical support for software systems and digital platforms on a rotational shift schedule.
  • Understand and support Value-Added Services (VAS).
  • Handle phone inquiries and provide assistance regarding software-related issues.
  • Log, track, and follow up on incidents until full resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, development, and product teams to resolve issues.
  • Extract, analyze, and manage product requirements and document all related information.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting for systems and software.
  • Work with web-based systems and enterprise applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high attention to detail in data entry and reporting


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in software support, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Good technical knowledge and familiarity with software systems.
  • High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to follow up tasks thoroughly
