
About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a vibrant, creative, and people-centric specialist to supercharge our employer brand, elevate employee experience to inspiring heights, and tell our company story in a way that captivates top talent. You’ll be at the heart of internal and external engagement: crafting motivational activities for our current team, producing scroll-stopping content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, and building meaningful connections with universities and future hires.
What You’ll Do
1. Elevate Employee Experience
- Design and deliver fun, inclusive activities (virtual and in-person) that boost belonging, celebrate diversity, and keep energy high.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and casual chats; partner with HR to turn insights into real improvements.
2. Amplify Employer Brand
- Own our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and beyond—creating a content calendar that showcases our culture, values, and opportunities.
- Produce eye-catching visuals (photos, videos, graphics) using tools like Photoshop and etc.
- Write compelling stories, posts, and articles that make candidates think, “I want to work there!”
3. Forge Academic & Talent Pipelines
- Lead university partnerships: career fairs, guest lectures, hackathons, and campus events.
- Coordinate our employee ambassador program—train and empower team members to represent us authentically.
4. Plan, Execute, Measure
- Build and maintain an annual employer branding roadmap aligned with hiring goals.
- Organize internal events (town halls, milestone celebrations, wellness initiatives).
- Track metrics (engagement rates, applicant quality, employee NPS) and iterate fast.
Who You Are?
- Education: Degree in Marketing, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years in employer branding, internal comms, employee engagement, or talent attraction
Skills:
- Master storyteller with flawless writing and a knack for tone.
- Visual wizard: proficient in Photoshop, video editing and etc.
- Project ninja: juggles multiple initiatives with structure and grace under pressure.
- People magnet: builds relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders effortlessly.
- Data-friendly: uses feedback and analytics to refine strategies.
