

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Growth Manager with at least 6 years of professional experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or managerial role in marketing, digital growth, or related fields. The ideal candidate has a strong command of social media strategy, content creation, SEO (website + AI chatbot SEO), GTM strategy, team leadership, and data-driven decision making. Experience in women’s health, fertility, healthcare, wellness, childcare, or family-focused sectors is a significant plus.
This role requires a creative, analytical, and execution-driven leader who can manage a multi-disciplinary marketing team (5+ members) while owning the entire marketing growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Growth Responsibilities
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
● Lead GTM strategies for new products, digital tools, and service lines.
● Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across all digital channels.
● Use analytics and performance data to refine campaigns, optimize funnels, and increase conversion rates.
Digital Marketing & SEO
● Oversee website SEO, technical SEO optimization, and content-driven SEO initiatives.
● Manage AI chatbot SEO strategies to improve visibility and conversational performance.
● Supervise social media strategy across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
● Oversee development of high-quality content (video, blog, social, educational assets).
Team Leadership
● Manage and mentor a 5+ member marketing team including content creators, designers, SEO specialists, and performance marketers.
● Establish KPIs, evaluate performance, and guide the team toward high-impact execution.
● Foster a collaborative and creative team culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with product managers, clinicians, designers, business development, and operations teams.
● Coordinate marketing support for patient-facing programs, digital health tools, and new clinic ventures.
● Partner with sales and patient relations teams to ensure message alignment and growth enablement.
Required Qualifications
● Female candidate (role requirement due to domain-specific audience engagement needs).
● 6+ years of experience in marketing, digital growth, or related roles.
● 1+ year in a managerial or team-lead position.
● Proven experience in:
○ Social media strategy & content creation
○ Website SEO
○ AI chatbot SEO / search optimization for LLM-driven interfaces
○ GTM strategy and execution
○ Team leadership and project ownership
● Strong analytical, creative, and strategic planning abilities.
● Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and drive measurable growth.
Preferred Qualifications
● Background in women’s health, fertility, wellness, healthcare, or child/family-related sectors.
● MBA, engineering, marketing, or related academic background.
● Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in healthcare, tech, or digital services.
● Familiarity with data-driven marketing, funnel analytics, and growth automation tools.
