Job Description

Role Summary:

We  are looking to hire a Performance Marketer who, in addition to expertise in data-driven marketing, can help our customers develop and improve their business results using our marketing automation platform(Intrack).

This position is a combination of data-driven marketing and operational/technical platform support. The selected candidate must be able to analyze data, monitor and optimize the usage of the marketing automation panel, while also responding to customer questions and issues regarding platform usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and analyzing the inTrack marketing automation platform

  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns on the platform for customers

  • Monitoring campaign performance (KPIs, Conversion, ROI, Uplift and etc.) and providing improvement solutions

  • Providing analytical reports to customers for better business development decision-making

  • Conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates and channel efficiency

  • Improving measurement infrastructure and developing Measurement Plans

  • Supporting and responding to customers' technical/non-technical questions about platform usage

  • Collaborating with the product team to convey user feedback and enhance customer experience

Required Skills:

  • Complete familiarity with Performance Marketing concepts and tools

  • Experience working with Marketing Automation tools (familiarity with inTrack and WebEngage is considered an advantage)

  • Ability to analyze data and provide understandable business reports

  • Skills in managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, etc.)

  • Experience in A/B Testing and Performance Attribution

  • Ability to communicate effectively and respond to customers on technical/non-technical issues

  • Learning mindset, high attention to detail, and interest in teamwork
