 Position Overview
Caspian International Holding is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Construction to lead and oversee large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial capabilities, deep technical knowledge, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

 
 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire construction lifecycle from design to final delivery
Develop project plans, schedules, and execution strategies (Planning & Scheduling)
Supervise engineering, site, and contractor teams across multiple projects
Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and technical specifications
Manage project budgets, control costs, and provide regular progress reports to senior management
Review and approve technical drawings, engineering documentation, and project specifications
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans
Conduct technical and operational meetings with clients, consultants, and local/foreign contractors
Oversee tendering, procurement processes, and contractor contract management
Monitor procurement and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and machinery
Track project progress and resolve operational challenges to maintain timelines
Standardize and optimize construction management processes across the Holding’s projects
Establish and enhance the foundational infrastructure, systems, and workflows required for a fully functional Construction Department
Ensure coordination and operational integration across all Construction sub-departments
 
Requirements
8–10 years of relevant experience in construction, EPC, or large-scale civil projects
Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in project or construction management
Strong expertise in managing complex construction projects
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication, reporting, and negotiation
International work experience or collaboration with multinational companies is preferred
Solid understanding of global HSE, quality, and construction management standards
Proficient in MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields
Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
Proven experience in establishing and developing essential infrastructures, workflows, and processes within a Construction Department
Comprehensive understanding of all Construction sub-departments, with hands-on experience and managerial background in these functions
