

· Lead and manage the IT infrastructure & Help Desk team.
· Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
· Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure.
· Coordinate with other departments to meet their IT needs.
· Implement and manage new technologies to improve efficiency.
· Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
· Represents the Data Centre Program migration for planning the readiness of infrastructure components to move to the new data center(s).
· Manages the maintenance of templates for servers and shared services and population of these templates to create shutdown/startup instruction sets and infrastructure t-minus, t-zero, t-plus and back out tasks.
· Provides direction to the Third Party Remediation Team.
· Provides direction to the Performance and Latency Analysis Team.
· Provides direction to the Move Architects in sequencing of activities across all applications, servers and shared services comprising each migration bundle.
· Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget.
· Develops test and acceptance criteria for internet protocol networks.
· Coach, mentor, assess and develop a global footprint of Program and Project Managers via regular one-on-one, team meetings and Local Project Review Boards.
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
· Strong knowledge of network and system administration.
· Knowing of security best practices includes vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery
· Proven experience in a leadership role.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
