Solico Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the CIS region to lead market development, manage key accounts, and expand commercial operations across CIS countries. This role requires strong familiarity with FMCG dynamics in the region and solid leadership in driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales operations across CIS countries
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key customers
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Develop sales plans and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Oversee negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of FMCG sales experience in CIS countries (mandatory)
- Fluency in both English and Russian
- Male, up to 45 years old
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven experience in distributor management and market expansion
