About the Role:

We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s passionate about creating engaging, intuitive experiences that help users learn and enjoy reading while using the product effortlessly. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team simplifying complex interactions and building features that are both scalable and delightful.

This role requires a hands-on approach, from early discovery to detailed UI, ensuring every solution feels seamless, accessible, and meaningful.
Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, engaging experiences that make learning and reading enjoyable.
• Own design problems end-to-end,  from concept to execution and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and prototyping tools.
• Contribute to the design system and help define scalable design patterns that improve consistency across the product.
• Integrate user feedback and data insights to refine the experience over time.

 
 


Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong foundation in interaction and visual design.
• Proficient in Figma, familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools such as ProtoPie or Principle.
• Experience working collaboratively with PMs and engineers.
• Familiarity with typography, color theory, design thinking, and usability principles.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• A portfolio that demonstrates design reasoning and impact.
