

Job Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, organizational, and media support to the management team. This role includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing documents and reports, handling communications, and supporting basic content creation for the company. The Executive Assistant will also participate in creating and editing promotional or social media videos, ensuring high-quality visual output aligned with the company's branding.

Required Skills
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email systems, online tools)
Basic knowledge of video creation and editing (e.g., CapCut, Filmora, Clipchamp, or similar tools)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professional attitude and strong work ethics
Problem-solving and follow-up ability
Prior work experience preferred
