

We are hiring at Vista Service for a skilled FTTH BO Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities :
• Manage the activities (incidents, outages and issues) of the Active FTTH / GPON network as 24x7.
• Create, manage and follow incident reports with accurate information, prioritizing tickets effectively.
• Collaborate with field teams to provide remote troubleshooting guidance.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting on PON network faults involving OLT and ONT devices.
• Configure and activate PON devices, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate with other network products (IP/TX/Core…) and teams (Planning, CPG, S&D…) to gain best efficiency and fast trouble recovery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports related to network incidents and activities.
• Contribute to major incident management by following established workflows and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Implement workarounds for known errors and provide input for post-incident reviews (RCA).
• Collaborate with support areas through technical conference calls for issue resolution.
• Network Change management procedure handling and monitoring cross products changes on FTTH network.
Requirements :
Technical Expertise
• +3 Years of Experience as Back Office Engineer or relevant position.
• Access & GPON: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience, with a skill level equivalent to Huawei HCIA-Access certification.
• Switching & Routing: Mid-level proficiency, comparable to a Cisco CCNA certification.
• Telecommunication Links: Experienced with various communication mediums, including Fiber and microwave radio systems.
• Operational & Network Management capabilities.
• Skilled in network integration, system upgrades, network expansions, and performing comprehensive network health assessments.
• Proven ability to integrate new network elements into live production environments with minimal disruption.
• Proficient with network monitoring and management platforms (e.g., Huawei NCE, PRTG, and OSS).
• Well-versed in Network Operations Center (NOC) procedures, incident management, and operational rules.
Analytical & Professional Skills :
• Expert technical troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-resolution.
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities; create and maintain clear network configuration records and detailed technical reports.
• Strong team player with Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Farsi and English)
• Proactive and adaptive; anticipate potential network issues and adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies.
• Available to work off-hours and participate in an on-call rotation to address network outages and fulfill critical customer requests. (During nights, weekends and holidays)
• Familiarity with MTN IRANCELL Network architectures and technologies (a significant advantage).
