
• Design and execute business strategies in line with the organizational strategies to solve the challenges.
• Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, address issues, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Deliver HR services efficiently based on policies and standards, taking ownership of providing solutions and guidance for general inquiries and policies.
• Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Proactive participation in designing and optimizing the required reward and bonus model in related teams to improve job satisfaction and retention.
• Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3 years of proven experience working as an HRBP.
• Knowledge of performance management practices.
• Strong knowledge of various fields of HR.
• Capability to handle cross-functional/hierarchical relationships.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability in strategic planning.
