Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategic goals.
• Design and maintain a dynamic product roadmap based on market trends, competitor analysis, and user feedback.
• effectively prioritize features and initiatives by balancing business value, technical complexity, and opportunity cost.
• Manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring a healthy pipeline of work for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements and provide rapid feedback on functional questions during development sprints.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, reporting regularly on product progress and status.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Product Management, specifically within Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services sectors.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and understanding user behavior to drive decision-making.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma (for UX/UI review) and project management software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, high adaptability to change, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
